Russell Jones serves as senior vice president/chief financial officer/treasurer of the Georgia United Methodist Foundation. He has been a CPA for more than 25 years. Since joining the Foundation in 1999, Russell has overseen its growth as the staff has increased from three to nine employees. He brought the trust administration in-house, merged with the former South Georgia United Methodist Foundation, and expanded investment offerings. Previously, he served as the assistant treasurer of The North Georgia Conference of The United Methodist Church. Russell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
